Frequently Asked Questions
What is "follow-the-sun" development?
It means when your US-based team finishes their day, they hand off tasks to me in Asia. I work while they sleep, and when they wake up, the features are complete and ready for review.
Can you work independently without hand-holding?
Yes. As a senior engineer, I am extremely comfortable reading existing codebases, interpreting loose PRDs, and making smart architectural decisions autonomously.
